Maybe where you are.  Here in Chicago we finally started Phase 1c this
week (front line workers and people with underlying health conditions).
Phase 2 (everybody else) starts either May 1 or May 31, depending on
vaccine supply, which so far has always been inadequate for the number
of people theoretically eligible.  So we're still a month or two away
from being able to start chasing scarce appointments.
