Curious.

How big are the differences between standard M, DSM/Cache and GT.M?

Is it like ANSI Fortran, DEC Fortran and IBM Fortran? Or like ISO 
Pascal, Delphi and VMS Pascal? Or like Original Basic, VMS Basic and 
Visual Basic?
