[Squaredancing] Spokane comment...

Hi, Rem

We were at Expo 74, too.  It was on our way when we moved to Seattle.
Personally I want good dance facilities and a place to stay that's nice and
also convenient.  Now we would want a good campground, too.  We won't do the
shuttle from the campground again after doing that at Charlotte.

What's available for touring doesn't really matter because our purpose is to
dance.  If we could add extra days for sightseeing along the way, that would
be an added bonus.  My husband doesn't have fond memories of Wichita from
some business trips there, but that wasn't what kept us from going this
year.  A new job and a new location made that difficult.  We can always find
interesting things in any city.

We used to go to festivals in Louisville and always enjoyed going there.  We
danced in hotels and at the convention center. The airport was so close, we
didn't always need a car.

Distance and the cost of flying has been the usual reason for us to miss a
national convention.  Maybe when we don't have to fit dancing around a job,
we'll go to more of them.
